Test of expandable post summaries

I'm trying to add a new feature to the blog, namely "expandable post summaries." Click on the "More" link to view the full post on its own page.

The disadvantage of this method is that the "More" link appears at the bottom of every post, even short posts that don't need summaries. The other thing is that, so far, I can't get it to work. Maybe the fact that I use so many CSS tags in my posts screws it up somehow.
